Placed an online order via Jaya’s website, arrived at the stated confirmed collection time, was told that my order could not be found,/had not been received. Staff went searching, managed to find the online order, told me I had to wait for it to be done. I was not willing to do this, so I left. If I place an online order and am given a collection time, I expect my order to be ready. Clearly no-one was paying attention to the online ordering system.

Issue with order online but rectified quickly following a call to the shop ⭐️

I was overcharged, I got a can of vimpto & was charged more than double for a large bottle of Vimpto & the shop didn’t even have any large bottles.

Ordered and given a time the place wasn't even open.

The German kebab wasn’t German style

Far to much food lol was delicious 😋 and tasty but couldn't eat it all went bk the nxt day but was really dry so ended up chucking it shame as it was beautiful xx

Pizza and chips were great. Cookie dough lovely. Wrong ice cream asked for Nutella and ferrero but was just chocolate.
